What happens after I submit a booking?

You'll receive an automated email immediately after booking; within 24 hours, you should receive a second email that confirms the booking's details. This gives us time to arrange for the crew for your cruise. The second email will contain information about instructions, parking, the captain's contact number, and other vital details. Please be sure you read it carefully.
Can I bring food and drinks aboard?

Absolutely! You can provide some or all of your food and drinks.
What is your cancellation policy?

Once Deposit has been made, any cancellation before 72hrs of booking gives an 80% refund. No Refunds less than 72hrs. If weather conditions are bad for the trip regarding sea related bookings then it can be rescheduled between the next 7-14 days within availability. If it is a company related issue then we can offer a full refund or rescheduling if requested.
Are children allowed onboard your yachts?

Children are allowed under your full responsibility while onboard. If anything should happen, our crew would be onboard to assist.
When is the best time to go on a charter?

Morning cruises are typically the calmest, with the best ocean conditions and the least amount of wind. Afternoon cruises tend to be warmer and possibly windier; synset cruises have the best views.
